1. Acceptance

By using openmdfile.com ("the Service"), operated by CCC Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service is a free, browser-based tool for viewing, reading and exporting Markdown files. Processing happens locally in your browser; see the Privacy Policy for details. The Service is provided free of charge and without advertising.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the files and text you open with the Service. Because processing is local, we never receive, store or claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the files you open.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it in violation of applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Service's design, branding and code are © 2026 CCC Studio. Open-source libraries used by the Service remain under their respective licenses. "openmdfile" and the site design may not be copied for a competing service without permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Rendering and export results may vary across browsers; verify important documents before relying on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCC Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Third-party links

The site links to third-party sites (e.g. mdtohtml.app, CDNs). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
